Get higher ranking on Google via Jaaxy. It is very critical for any online business. After couple of trials with various programs, I am here to present this tool that I used and it has helped me to get page one ranking in Google for some of my posts.
What is Jaaxy?
Jaaxy is a keyword and competition research tool that was co-founded by Kyle and Carson, who are the co-founders of Wealthy Affiliate as well. I’ve tried a few keyword tools and so far think that Jaaxy is the most easy to use and understand.
I used to do my keyword and competition research the more difficult way, but now I can save time using Wealthy Affiliate’s tool. This Jaaxy review will briefly cover the features, benefits, and disadvantages to help you determine whether or not this keyword tool is a good fit for you.
Benefits of Jaaxy
- Easy to use
- Provides keyword ideas
- Reduces the time you spend on keyword and competition research
- Shows you whether a keyword is great, okay, or poor to target via colours green, yellow, and red
- Comes with an affiliate program search to help you find products to promote
- Offers a free trial
- Has an affiliate program, in which you can earn money by promoting Jaaxy
Con of Jaaxy
- At times, I am getting slower response like 40 secs to get the necessary information by using Jaaxy Pro version.
Monthly Searches: This is traffic in Google on the current month, this is the estimated traffic. 60% of most people clicked for respective keywords are in the top 3 Google ranking. Getting high traffic is good but more importantly, competition metrics is equally important as well. In other words, you selected a keyword that has higher traffic than another keyword but the 1st keyword has much more competition and that may likely affect your ranking in Google. It is better to have higher ranking in lower traffic searches per day than to go for potentially lower ranking in Google with much more competition even tough the traffic is higher.
QSR: This is the competition. Jaaxy has an innate ability to find your exact competition quickly and deliver directly to you within the tool. Your goal when doing research is to aim for keywords with under 300 QSR, this means less than 300 competing pages in Google. In the above example, “Overcome diabetes type 2” is a preferred keyword as it only has 16 competing pages in Google.
KQI: It is meant for quick visuals. KQI stands for Keyword Quality Index. KQI is based on traffic volume, competition, and estimated ranking results. By looking at KQI, green colour means “preferred choice” while red means “don’t choose this keyword”. Usually, I only go for those keywords in green colour. You can also save the keywords you wanna use using the green “Save Selected” button. You can have as many as saved keywords as you like.
The Alphabet Soup Technique
If you do not know what the alphabet soup technique is, it’s a pretty similar to Google’s search.
The Alphabet Soup can give you an endless supply of keywords/ideas. It also gives you an indication of what real people are searching for in Google.
And the process is super easy:
- Type in your keyword (say overcome diabetes) in the Google search bar
- Then type in “a” (right after your keyword without hitting enter)
- Now, Google will give you a list of keywords/phrases that start with “your keyword” + a
- Then you can go through the whole alphabet
Jaaxy tool now does the whole process for you. You will not have to use Google to this technique as Jaaxy will have everything you need.
This is where you can check your website ranking for your target keyword/phrase anytime you want. All you gotta do is type in the keyword/phrase you’re trying to rank for plus your website URL, hit enter and in 45 seconds or less Jaaxy will give you the results. Above are some of my page one ranking in Google. You can also use this feature to check on your competitor to check on their ranking in specific keywords.
How to get higher ranking on Google via Jaaxy
Basically the idea of leveraging keywords is simply to look for sentences that people usually search in Google, but at a low competition. For example, “Overcome diabetes” is a very basic sentence that every people tend to write.
Huge competition, but don’t get me wrong though because you can actually leverage this huge market.
But for the time being, not now because Google would usually prefer established websites which have a better reputation and have been in the market much longer.
Here’s the results when I searched for that keyword on Jaaxy…
For me, I may likely choose the keyword “Overcome diabetes type 2” as it has only 16 competition though the traffic is 40 but it will likely land me in page one Google ranking. This is how I managed to get higher ranking in Google via Jaaxy by focussing on low competition keywords preferably below 300.
Want MORE keywords and MORE niches for your ideas?
Ideas can be hard to come by. Use the brainstorming tab at Jaaxy regularly. (SEE BELOW)
Run out of ideas? Kindly click “Brainstorm” for the most popular keyword found in Google, Yahoo, Twitter etc. You don’t need to scour the Internet for niche ideas and you can find some ideas from “Brainstorm” where they will reveal a ton of awesome keywords.
Jaaxy makes it very easy for you to add any of the ideas to a “queue” where you can then search them right within the keyword research tab. Now that is what I call idea efficiency. I think you will love this feature as well.
Choose a Jaaxy plan that suits you
Inside Jaaxy platform, there are brainstorming (niche finding) functions, the ability to find easily where your sites are ranked in Google (what page am I on), find affiliate programs, analyse your competitions websites, create keyword lists…and a heck of a lot more.
I want to explain to you that there are options for Jaaxy for any budget, from someone just starting out, to someone that understands the importance of keyword research, to the power user.
Jaaxy Starter = Free
Jaaxy Pro = $19 per month, $199 per year
Jaaxy Enterprise = $49 per month (at the moment), $499 per year
Choose the Jaaxy That Suits YOU Here!
If you are a little unsure and you want to get your feet wet using Jaaxy, try the free version. It is limited, but it will get you a good idea of what to expect. If you are starting out and on a limited budget, Jaaxy Pro still rocks. It will save you hours per day off of your keyword research and still has most of the functions within Enterprise, it just isn’t nearly as “quick”.
What’s the Difference Between Enterprise and Pro?
Essentially, Jaaxy with an enterprise membership runs faster, provides more results with the alphabet soup search, allows you to have more tabs open, and offers data sorting. In my opinion, the price difference between pro and enterprise is a bit steep. I think the pro membership is a great deal, but question whether or not the extra benefits for an enterprise are really worth an additional $30 per month. However, other keyword tools are around the same price or more and don’t provide as many helpful features.
Jaaxy Affiliate Program
Jaaxy’s affiliate program is kind of cool. You don’t get the commission for a referral that only creates a free account though.
Here’s what you get (commissions):
- Jaaxy Pro – for every person you refer and joins Jaaxy Pro you will receive $8 (monthly recurring) and $80 (yearly recurring)
- Jaaxy Enterprise – for every person you refer and joins Jaaxy Enterprise you will receive $20 (monthly recurring) ($200 yearly)
That means if your referral joins Jaaxy and goes Pro – you get $8 every month for as long as he/she stays a paid member.
The same goes for Jaaxy Enterprise – $20 every month.
This tool is web-based so you can access it from anywhere that you have an Internet connection, including your phone.
